Rich in flavor and consistency, avocados are great to eat if you’re craving something fatty and thick. High in potassium, they help to keep blood pressure low. They also contain monounsaturated fats which help people to lower blood pressure.

It’s also a good source of Vitamin K, which has been indicated to promote bone health in the elderly, and folate. Avocados are a nice source of protein, the highest amongst it’s counterparts.

  1. Fantastic! I love avocados. But I eat it as dessert, like the Filipino that I am, chilled, with milk and sugar (or simply condensed milk). Lol! I’ll stick to fresh milk for calcium and brown sugar is slightly better than white sugar. đŸ™‚
