Carrots

I could eat carrots and nothing else, love them.

Carrots are excellent for a source of Vitamins A, B, C, and are rich in beta-carotene and carotenoids; they help protect the body from cancer, cardiac disease, cataracts, and muscular degeneration. 

They also contain iron, calcium, potassium, and natural sodium.
